Responsibilities include three courses in sociology each semester at the introductory and intermediate level. Candidate’s specialization should complement the department’s existing expertise in political economy, food and agriculture, and sustainability.

QUALIFICATIONS A PhD in Sociology in hand by start date, strong interests in teaching excellence at the undergraduate level, and an active research agenda primarily in critical race studies, with possible secondary specialization(s) in one or more of the following: gender, sexuality, disability, and/or age.
