evidence of completion of the PhD by August 14, 2025, is required. We are seeking applicants conducting
research in the areas of environment, environmental justice, climate, disasters, or sustainability. The
position comes with an opportunity to be affiliated with the newly created interdisciplinary School of
Environment and Sustainability (SEaS) and an expectation to teach at least one course which contributes
to SEaS degree programs. The selected candidate will be expected to maintain an active research agenda,
generate external research funding, teach at the undergraduate and graduate levels, and contribute service
to the department.
