6. Presenters will have access to a projector and adaptor but should bring their own laptop. If they have an adaptor they should bring just in case

7. Presenters are free to present by reading their paper if they choose.

8. Presenters have the creative flexibility to organize their book salon as they choose, i.e. prepared group discussion, open dialogue, etc.

9. For individual paper sessions – please prepare to present for roughly 12 minutes, this will give the room roughly 20 minutes for Q&A. If you have less than 4 presenters, feel free to allocate more time to the presentations. In these sessions feel free to negotiate who will be the presider if not already assigned.

10. All ABS members should wear their badges at all times or have it on them.

13. This will be a “dry” house party. There is no cash bar for alcohol.
